Testing Facilities

Our extensive In-house testing facilities are equipped to comprehensively test components, sub- assemblies and final products for structural, mechanical and material properties. Testing on state of the art Damping force and Endurance testing rigs ensure compliance to VDA standards.


Design and Development

Design & Development is the core competence of Kobex. Our Engineering team carries forward over four decades of R&D Legacy of our Founders. We have a well-defined system for Design and validation of shock absorbers which is fully compliant with ISO 9001: 2008 standards. Extensive measuring and testing

facilities, Development Know-how and use of latest CAD softwares ensure that our shock absorbers fully meet the defined objectives for Damping performance and life expectancy. The focus of our product development is to provide best fit solution to customer in terms of Quality, Durability, Cost and Development time.

Quality Management System

For Kobex, Quality is a significant factor in it's global success. Quality management is fully integrated into all our business processes.

It begins at product development stage and extends through planning, procurement, Production, Packing and Shipment. If defects occur standardized processes like 8D–CAPA, FMEA are used to analyze the data and required corrective actions are implemented to prevent repeat occurrence.

OE Benchmarked Performance

Our Testing Facilities are conceived to comprehensively validate the Shock Absorbers Performance Benchmarked to OEM products in every aspect. Servo Hydraulic High Speed testing Rigs for Damping performance, Endurance testing for simulating the product's expected life cycle under varying conditions, UTMs for checking the static load ratings of Welded assemblies and Rubber to metal bonded bushes and various other specially designed test procedures provide exhaustive data which helps to improve product design and error proofing of manufacturing processes. This ensures that performance,

reliability and life span benchmarks are fully achieved.
